Limelight has been working with Northumberland Fare Share since the fall of 2009 to help give this much-loved community organization a recognizable and prominent brand identity. We’ve also provided them with some marketing tools to help them promote what they do and to seek help from the community.
The Fare Share Food Bank serves the Port Hope and Cobourg areas, collecting and distributing food and other necessities to individuals and families in need. Their team of volunteers works year-round to make sure their neighbours don't go hungry.
We were pleased to be able to help Fare Share — not just by providing them with a new identity and related promotional materials (ads, business cards, website), but by putting a call out on their behalf for sponsorship and donations.
To date, we’ve helped Fare Share secure funding from a number of local businesses and individuals, as well as a delivery van (which we designed and had “wrapped” for them) and several computers.
Fare Share is up and running better than ever before . . . with more changes still to come in 2010.
