If you want to know anything about "Generation Y" or the "Millennials," talk to Joel. He is one. Joel is one helluva web designer – and why not? – He spends half his life on the Internet and the other half on a mountain bike. The rest of his time is spent learning every available design software and technique, from Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to Adobe Flash, Final Cut Pro, Sound Tract, Studio Pro, Mac OS X, JavaScript and ... well, you get the idea. When it comes to graphic design, Joel is a whiz kid. We were lucky enough to get him right out of school, corral his creativity and throw him in the deep end of our creative talent pool. After graduating with honours from Durham College, with an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia Design, Joel has done some great websites and print advertising and is now spending less time online – because he's up to his mouse in client website designs.
