Twenty-two years ago, in the middle of a photo shoot, Peter had an idea. He went to his favourite trout stream and thought about it. Soon, Limelight was born. The agency grew from a creative incubator into a hotbed of creative and strategic thinking. Then it became an innovative hothouse, growing ideas, generating change and building businesses - lots of them. Peter has done it all - strategy, creative, conversion - for dozens of smaller enterprises like Ganaraska Financial, Proud Farmer and Pulsecho and for billion-dollar corporations like Cameco, Johnson & Johnson, The Ministry of Natural Resources and GE. He's also done some heavy thinking for organizations like Fleming College, Coveright Surfaces and College Woodwork.
Peter says: "Put a stake in the ground at the start and another at the finish line and measure everything in between. Base it on how well you convert ideas into what meets the client's objectives - increased market share, increased sales, better public opinion, greater employee participation and sustainable change." He adds: "The means is creativity, the end is conversion, and not to achieve it is - well, a travesty."
